Never. Safety is our first priority and is non-negotiable. We use unbiased third-party safety auditors including ARG/US and Wyvern Consulting to vet every operator. We also maintain our own compliance library verifying operator air safety certificates, DO85 compliance, and liability insurance.

Incentive Jet doesn't charge per hour. Companies that charge per hour have very high rates to preemptively account for fluctuations in the market. We go to market for every flight, so you'll always get our best price at that moment.

Zero. You do not need a membership at Incentive Jet. Unlike many large jet charter companies that require memberships, jet cards and large amounts of money upfront, Incentive Jet provides totally free quotes and never locks you into a rigid program.

Taxes are always included in every domestic quote from Incentive Jet. If you are comparing our quotes to a quote from a different company, please make sure theirs also includes taxes, fuel surcharges, repositioning fees, and membership fees.

Absolutely. Some of our best clients are furry. Please let us know in advance so we can source the appropriate aircraft. Some aircraft do not allow pets on board.

Standard snacks and drinks are provided on every charter. Specialty catering can be ordered ahead of any flight with advance notice. Whether you're looking to have a few sandwiches to tide you over or a full spread to impress a client, we can place your order for you.

There are fewer restrictions when you fly privately, but cargo space is not unlimited. Please let us know before you request a quote if you are traveling with golf clubs, skis, guns and ammunition, a larger amount of luggage or anything oversized, so we can make sure the jet can accommodate you.

TSA requires all adult fliers to provide an unexpired Real-ID compliant license or valid passport. Private operators conduct their own security protocols, including passenger manifest checks.

As long as it’s an FAA-approved oxygen concentrator and you have a letter from your doctor, most operators will approve travel with oxygen. This must be approved prior to booking.
