Privacy PolicyTerms of Service

Incentive Jet LLC does not own or operate aircraft. We act exclusively for you, the charterer. Incentive Jet LLC is an air charter broker operating under Part 295 as an indirect air carrier and will contract transportation services with FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights at all times. Incentive Jet LLC does not maintain liability insurance for any aircraft. At Client's request, Incentive Jet LLC will have the operator add Client, Client's passengers, and/or Client's company listed as additional insureds on the operator's aircraft liability policy.

1. Introduction

Incentive Jet LLC ("Incentive Jet," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Unless necessary for billing administration, Incentive Jet does not store complete payment card numbers.
