Incentive Jet LLC is an air charter broker operating under Part 295 as an indirect air carrier and will contract transportation services with FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights at all times. Incentive Jet LLC does not maintain liability insurance for any aircraft. At Client's request, Incentive Jet LLC will have the operator add Client, Client's passengers, and/or Client's company listed as additional insureds on the operator's aircraft liability policy.
